The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky held a traditional video conference with heads of state administrations. City and district leaders briefed the President on the current situation on the ground. It was noted that all services are operating as usual, and planned improvements to communities, infrastructure repairs, and grounds maintenance are ongoing. Public sector employees are receiving wages and vacation pay as scheduled. Civil registry and land registry documents are being converted to electronic form in all cities and districts.
According to Mayor Ilona Tyuryaeva, reconstruction of the station square, a key urban area, is ongoing in the capital. Asphalt repairs are currently underway there. Meanwhile, renovation of Pobeda Park continues.
Road maintenance is underway in Bendery. Pothole repairs are underway in the city center. Road restoration work is ongoing on the Pervomaysk-Dnistrovsk, Tiraspol-Pervomaysk, Tiraspol-Kamenka, and Grigoriopol-Karmanovo roads.
The harvest campaign was a separate topic of the meeting. The President was informed that the first-group grain harvest is ongoing in Slobodzeya district. The harvest has been collected from 9000 hectares, yielding 42000 tons of grain with an average yield of 46 centners per hectare. In addition, 11000 tons of winter rapeseed have been harvested, with an average yield of 26.9 centners per hectare. Green pea harvesting has been completed on more than 80% of the area, with an average yield of 50.4 centners per hectare in Kamenka district. Harvesting of grain peas has begun, with a yield of 32.6 centners per hectare. Twenty-five percent of the winter barley area has been harvested, with an average yield of 55.3 centners per hectare.
Summarizing the meeting, the President urged city and district leaders to maintain the pace of seasonal work and constantly monitor the provision of livelihoods and landscaping.
