One of the alternatives for further implementation of the Affordable Housing presidential program was discussed at the presidential executive office. It has been in effect since 2018. Approximately two dozen housing cooperatives were created during this time. About a thousand Pridnestrovian families purchased apartments on preferential terms. They talked about the fate of the building complex in Rybnitsa today. These are five buildings of a former medical institution that are idle and risk turning into socially dangerous objects. A proposal to create a residential complex with 120 apartments on their basis is being considered. The preliminary project includes 16 three-room apartments (from 70 to 144 square meters), 32 two-room apartments, each with an area of 47 to 76 square meters, and 72 one-room apartments (28 to 62 square meters). According to initial calculations, the cost per square meter will be about 200 conventional units, which will make these apartments more affordable than those offered on the secondary market.
It was noted at the meeting that the potential housing complex location is more than convenient: residential area of the city, near the embankment and the beach, a park is being landscaped, there is a place for organizing a parking lot, a hypermarket is being built nearby.
The proposed project will be presented to the heads of enterprises in Rybnitsa district. They will convey information about the possibility of joining the cooperative to the collectives. The decision to launch the project will be made based on an analysis of data on the number of potential participants.
Vadim Krasnoselsky invited to the discussion the Head of the Administration of the PMR President Sergei Belous, the Head of the Rybnitsa State Administration Viktor Tyagay and Konstantin Kalinenka, the representative of the PMR Ministry of Internal Affairs, actively participating in the Affordable Housing program agency. Discussion of the issue will continue in due course.
