Vadim Krasnoselsky heard information on the results of the work of the State Administration of Dubossary and Dubossary district in 2019. The Head of Presidential Administration Sergey Belous, Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov, Deputy Chairman of the Government Stanislav Kasap, Chairman of the Local Council of People’s Deputies Alexander Kolomytsev, as well as lawmakers representing the town and the district in the Pridnestrovian parliament were invited to participate in the reporting meeting. The working discussion was preceded by the presentation of the Order of Labor Glory to Ruslan Chaban. The state award is timed to the 45th anniversary of the birthday person. Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed his gratitude to the hero of the anniversary for many years of conscientious work, high organizational and professional abilities.
The structure of the district, in addition to the city of Dubossary, includes 20 villages. Migration population growth for 2019, taking into account internal and external migration, amounted to 286 people. The budget policy of the district in the reporting period was formed on the basis of the need, on the one hand, to increase revenues to the local budget, and on the other, to fulfill all social obligations of the state to the population regarding the timely payment of wages, benefits and pensions. Dubossary district is subsidized. Ruslan Chaban said that every year Dubossary has enough internal reserves for a longer period of time, when the district may not resort to the republican budget. In 2019, the budget revenues amounted to more than 131.5 million rubles, which is 15 million more than in 2018. There was an increase in tax revenues - compared to 2018 by 9.8 million rubles. Industrial revenues of Dubossary also increased. 83% of the district's enterprises increased industrial output in 2019.
The speaker paid particular attention to the implementation of targeted programs. Thanks to the work of the Capital Investment Fund program, in 2019 the district overhauled secondary schools No. 4 and No. 5, as well as the art and school of the Olympic reserve of rowing and cycling. Children's playgrounds were built - both in the city and in the villages, the roof of the Ivushka kindergarten was reconstructed. In addition, a new building is under construction for the public institution “Center for the socio-psychological rehabilitation of children”.
As part of the implementation of other targeted programs, the district leadership was able to repair and improve the courtyard areas of a number of Dubossary schools and kindergartens, bring park zones into proper form, and carry out patching of the road surface. At the same time, the condition of roads remains a serious problem, in the solution of which Ruslan Chaban asks the country's leadership for assistance.
Dubossary was recognized as the cleanest and greenest city of Pridnestrovie in 2019. The Head of the local state administration said that the district is also the most lit in the republic.
During the meeting they spoke about other problems of the district. One of them is water supply. Ruslan Chaban said that several villages still remain without a centralized supply of drinking water. However, most of the work to summarize it has already been done. Approximately 700 thousand rubles are needed for water to appear in the villages of Dubovo, Novaya Lunga, and Boska.
Cultural facilities of Dubossary district also need additional financial resources, in particular, rural recreation centers. The infrastructure of the district’s healthcare system needs financial investments, it was noted during the meeting.
In general, the President satisfactorily assessed the activities of the State Administration of Dubossary and the city of Dubossary in 2019, expressed gratitude to the team for the work and aimed at its effective continuation.
