The fact that the pandemic pushed society to an active transition to modern forms of communication, involving communication at a distance by means of technical means is not news to anyone. Remote learning was introduced in almost all educational institutions during the period of strict quarantine restrictions. The schools were equipped with computers. Teachers, regardless of the discipline taught, have mastered the possibilities of collective discussions on the network. Specialized programs have been developed. At the same time, Deputy of the Dubossary City District Council Tatyana Kantselevich said in the course of meeting under the President that the administration of educational institutions faced the problem of a shortage of previously unclaimed personnel. We are talking about specialized methodologists and electronic engineers. To date, these positions in schools have been allocated part-time for one computer class. Taking into account the seriously increased workload, the Ministry of Education proposed to expand the staffing table: it is planned to determine the number of employees in each of the specialties at the rate of half-pay part time per 15 units of equipment. According to preliminary calculations not 91, but 184 methodologists and 175 electronic engineers will be employed in schools in the republic instead of the current 75 as a result. Such an increase will entail an increase in expenditures by 3.6 million rubles a year. During the discussion, other proposals were also sounded, for example, to create a mobile group of specialists of this profile at each Department of Public Education, which will serve all schools in the city or district, or to launch an outsourcing mechanism. The question needs to be worked out. The relevant departments were instructed to study it and report on the findings.
