According to the information announced in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the President for prevention of the spread of coronavirus, 4669 Pridnestrovians are carriers of COVID-19 at the moment. 2227 of them are being treated in specialized hospitals. 282hospital beds are occupied in the hospital of Slobodzeya, 303 in the Rybnitsa hospital, 234 in the Dubossary hospital, 242 in the hospital based on the city hospital of Bendery and 163 on the basis of the mother and child center, 449 in the hospital on the basis of the Republican Clinical Hospital in Tiraspol, 193 on the basis of the hospital for invalids, 239 on the basis of the "Tirotex" dispensary, 70 in the hospital of Kamenka. There are 52 patients in the specialized department of isolated stay and treatment of infected of the psychiatric hospital in the village of Vykhvatintsy, Rybnitsa district. 28 people are being treated in the infectious hospital formed on the basis of penal institution number 3.
The total workload of the Pridnestrovian hospital network is over 93%. 481 people or 21% of the total number of citizens currently hospitalized are hard to tolerate coronavirus, 62 are patients in intensive care units, ten patients are connected to artificial lung ventilation devices. 2414 Pridnestrovians are being treated at home. 262 such patients needed hospitalization from 9 to 14 November. The number of children infected with coronavirus has increased to 123 people.
8187 samples of biomaterial of citizens with suspected infection were examined during the week. The fact of the disease in the reporting period was confirmed in 2150 cases. The average daily incidence is 358 (408 was a week earlier). A slight decline has been observed for the third week in a row. 73500 cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded in Pridnestrovie during the coronavirus pandemic in total. 1679 carriers of the virus – 2.3% of cases – died (seventy-three deaths during the week), 67152 people – more than 91% of those infected – coped with the disease (2395 recovered during the reporting week). 2599 Pridnestrovians are in mandatory self-isolation.
2665 Pridnestrovians underwent a full course of vaccination during the reporting period. 115063 people or 30% of the adult population have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the republic totally.
