The President visited the rapidly developing Bendery window factory. The Head of ART-Stroy LLC Gennady Nikolin said that there are no analogues of this production either in Ukraine or in Moldova. According to the entrepreneur, ART-Stroy has been in the Pridnestrovian market for more than 10 years. Last year, the company decided to expand production. This was made possible thanks to a subsidized loan under the State Reserve Fund program. As a result, the abandoned workshops of the former cotton spinning mill were re-equipped as a window factory. Modern (2020) equipment was purchased, which allows processing 280 types of profiles and producing various double-glazed windows.
Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the staff of the enterprise. At the moment, 20 specialists are involved in the production process. Taking into consideration the plans for expansion, the work team plans to increase to fifty people. The President was interested in sales markets and competition. According to Gennady Nikolin, demand for products is not only in Pridnestrovie. The European market is ready to cooperate with ART-Stroy LLC. The company is negotiating supply with Italy. Answering the President’s question about the impact of the quarantine restrictions on the enterprise’s work, the entrepreneur Gennady Nikolin said that he used the time of the forced reduction in production volumes for quality debugging and testing of a new production line worth 200000 euros. The only minus - the restrictions did not allow inviting a specialist-adjuster from Italy.
Vadim Krasnoselsky, wishing the businessman from Bendery further development, noted that he welcomed any initiative related to the production and creation of jobs in Pridnestrovie.
KommunalDorServis is another production facility that was visited by Vadim Krasnoselsky today. This is a municipal unitary enterprise subordinated to the state administration of the city of Bendery. It is engaged in road works, improvement and sanitary cleaning of the city. Last year, the scope of activities was expanded - the production of paving slabs was organized. The workshops were equipped in long-standing idle rooms for many years with the non-functioning base of the Office of Capital Construction and Repair. By decision of the city administration, the building was transferred to the use of KommunalDorServis. The company invested more than 3 million rubles in the reconstruction and equipment of the premises, and employed two dozen Pridnestrovians. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the origin of materials used in production. According to chief engineer Alexei Nikulchi, this is mainly local raw materials. The exception is white cement, which is necessary to create colored tiles, and granite chips.
According to the chief engineer, KommunalDorService ensures the implementation of all municipal and state programs that operate in Bendery. The Head of the city, Roman Ivanchenko, noted that the company won the republican tender for the supply and manufacture of sidewalk curbs.
The volume of production was increased by one and a half times, compared to last year. Work shift productivity - 360 square meters. This indicator, if necessary, can be much higher, the President assured. Vadim Krasnoselsky, in turn, noted that the increase in quantity should not affect the quality of products.
The interlocutors spoke about the significance of the state program of the Capital Investment Fund, the implementation of which gave an impetus not only to the infrastructural transformation of the country, but also to the development of many sectors of the national economy.
