The upcoming start of the school year was discussed in the course of the meeting with the President. They discussed the organization of both solemn events and the process of teaching schoolchildren and students. The main decision: the study will begin in person. Pupils of the first and final grades of all schools of the republic as well as eighth-graders (as lyceum education starts from the eighth grade), will take part in school celebratory assembly on the 1st of September. Knowledge Day celebrations should be organized in open areas. Traditional peace lessons will be held after the first bell rings officially. The educational process starts on the 6th of September. It was decided that schoolchildren will spend Friday and Saturday with their parents, for whom these days are declared days off according to the production calendar. The program will run on Saturday, the 11th of September.
Saturdays are working for institutions working on a six-day basis. A permanent classroom will be determined for each class,: teachers move from classroom to classroom, schoolchildren remain in the same room. If it is necessary to use an assembly, sports or library hall, there can be only a team of one class. If a pupil falls ill, the class is prescribed two-week quarantine with the transition to distance learning. Temperature measurement and hand disinfection are at school entrance. If there are signs of respiratory diseases, the student or teacher is not allowed to the educational institution. Teachers work in masks, and schoolchildren wear them at will. Air recirculators are installed in all classrooms. Ventilation and cleaning of the premises with the use of disinfectants is mandatory.
The requirements for educational institutions of middle and higher level are similar.
Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized: the further format of training depends on the epidemiological situation, and the development of the epidemiological situation depends on the consciousness of each citizen.
