The rules for using the Internet service for citizens’ appeal of the PMR President.
Before sending a letter, carefully read these rules.
According to clause 2 of Article 7-1 of the Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic of December 8, 2003 No. 367-З-III “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities and Public Associations”, in conjunction with paragraphs 1, 2 of Article 7 of the above Law, electronic appeals of Citizens must contain:
a) name of the state authority, local government, legal entity or full name of the relevant official, or the position of the relevant person to whom the appeal is sent;
b) full name of a citizen (citizens), address of his (their) place of residence (place of stay) and (or) place of work (study), postal address to which the answer should be sent;
c) the essence of the appeal,
d) date of appeal.
Electronic applications of legal entities and public associations should contain:
a) name of the state authority, local government, full name of the official (indicating the title of the position) or the name of the legal entity, full name (patriotic name - if available) of its head (indicating the title of the position), to whom the appeal is sent;
b) the name and legal address, as well as the mailing address if it does not match the legal address;
c) statement of the essence of the appeal;
d) full name (patronymic name if applicable), position of the person authorized to sign the appeal on behalf of the legal entity, including the public association in the manner prescribed by law;
d) the date of treatment.
Copies of documents relating to its consideration may be attached to electronic circulation in electronic form.
The appeal must specify the contact phone number.
The following electronic messages shall not be considered:
a) in which there is no information about full name (patriotic name if available), the address of the place of residence (place of stay) and (or) the place of work (study) of the applicant; postal address to which the response should be sent - for citizens;
b) in which there is no information about the last name, first name and patronymic (the last one, if any), the position of the person authorized to sign appeals on behalf of the legal entity, including the public association, in the manner prescribed by law; on the name and legal address, as well as the postal address (if it does not coincide with the legal one) - for legal entities and public associations;
c) containing expressions offending the honor and dignity of others;
c) requiring additional verification affecting the rights and legitimate interests of other citizens and legal entities that object to its consideration (except for incapable persons);
d) complaints against the heads of commercial organizations.
The response to the electronic application is sent to the applicant in the form of an electronic message to the designated email address or in writing if the application itself requests a response in writing.
Appeal should not violate moral and ethical standards, current legislation, should not contain slander, profanity, pornography, insults, signs of incitement of ethnic hatred, disinformation.
