The President visited the urban-type settlement Pervomaisk. Vadim Krasnoselsky was accompanied by the Heads of the district and village administrations Vasily Tishchenko and Ivan Kirka. Progress in the infrastructural transformation of the settlement was discussed. They talked about the demand for social facilities built or repaired and equipped under the capital investment program. A school of arts was expanded and repaired, a new boiler house was launched, a medical outpatient clinic was put in order in the “upper” part of the urban-type settlement, built up with multi-storey buildings, in which, thanks to the assistance of the President, a full-fledged elevator communication was organized by means of the Capital Investment Fund. A feldsher-obstetric station has been equipped at the request of residents in the village sector with private households. The long-standing dream of the local population about the park has also been embodied. 2.8 million rubles were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund for its creation. The park space for walking and active leisure was organized and equipped with a children's playground and sports grounds. The temple is under construction. This is also a request of the inhabitants of Pervomaisk. The project was developed based on their preferences. It was discussed with the leadership of the village and the district. This topic was raised during the working meetings of the President with the Archbishop of Tiraspol and Dubossary Sawa. The church will bear the name of the Archangel Michael.
Vadim Krasnoselsky inspected the construction of the temple. The Head of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Road Facilities Nikolai Obruchkov, as well as the management of contractors involved in this facility, were invited to the field meeting. Participation in the working discussion was attended by local clergy – the dean of the Slobodzeya district, Archpriest Andrei Danilescu and the rector of the church under construction, Father Alexy.
Earthworks at the site have been completed, and building of the church walls has begun. It is expected that the domes will be installed this fall. Vadim Krasnoselsky examined the basement. A hall for funeral and farewell ceremonies and memorial services will be equipped here in the future. An area is being planned to accommodate a Sunday school. They say that there are many who want to attend the educational institution at the temple.
The participants of the meeting discussed the details of the project, agreed on the schedule of work, outlined further plans related to the construction of the temple and the arrangement of church and park infrastructure.
