Vadim Krasnoselsky proposed American law enforcement officials to join the investigation of prevented terrorist attacks

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky had a conversation with the American Ambassador Kent Logsdon. The interview was organized via videoconference. The President expressed condolences to his interlocutor in connection with the recent death of father of Kent Logsdon.

One of the main topics of the dialogue was the investigation of the prevented terrorist attacks that were planned to be carried out on the territory of Pridnestrovie. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that a US citizen – the Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Kelly Keiderling was included to the OSCE delegation, on whose members the failed February assassination attempt was being prepared. Emphasizing the openness of the investigation conducted by the Pridnestrovian law enforcement agencies, the PMR President suggested that the FBI specialists join it in this regard. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted the willingness to provide access the employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation access to the collected evidence base and assist in a detailed and comprehensive study of the investigation materials. The main goal of international cooperation through specialized services is to establish all the circumstances of the planned large-scale crime and prevent a similar incident.

Another issue that Vadim Krasnoselsky and Kent Logsdon discussed today was the possibility of organizing events as part of the Day of American Culture in Pridnestrovie. The President indicated that the history and traditions of various states and nations, including classical American culture, are treated with respect and interest in the republic, where representatives of 72 nationalities and nationalities live.

The interlocutors agreed to continue rhythmic interaction on current issues.
