The PMR Armed Forces will celebrate the 31st anniversary of its formation tomorrow. Solemn event took place on the territory of the Training Center of the Ministry of Defense on the eve of the holiday. The Commander-in-Chief arrived to congratulate the servicemen. He emphasized the importance of the army for the state, spoke about the need to create comfortable conditions for serving, equipping army units. The President noted that a lot has been done in this direction in Pridnestrovie over the past few years. The work continues. The PMR President is confident that the task he set for the next four years to completely upgrade the infrastructure of the Armed Forces of the Republic is feasible.
The training center of the Ministry of Defense is an example of the transformation of army locations. Repair and construction work is being carried out in stages. Training rooms, a canteen, a library, a tactical field, boxes for servicing vehicles were put in order earlier. The caserns have been reconstructed. Window and door blocks, electrical wiring, and plumbing have been completely replaced in the overhauled buildings. The territory of the training center has been put in order. A car wash and a daily vehicle inspection point are equipped. Access roads to individual facilities were improved.
The PMR President, accompanied by the Minister of Defense at the end of the official part of the celebration and the ceremony of consecrating the renovated facilities inspected the reconstructed and equipped premises, praising the changes.
