The discussion of a number of working issues required the meeting of the PMR President with the head of state administration of Slobodzeya and Slobodzeya district. Vadim Krasnoselsky and Vasily Tishchenko visited with an inspection several facilities where repair and construction work is underway. The Ivushka Child Development Center is a participant in the state capital investment program. The Capital Investment Fund allocated about two million rubles this year. The roof is being changed on two buildings of the kindergarten. Six new shade canopies were installed in the promenade area. A safe rubberized coating is laid on the playing areas. The rest of the territory around the preschool institution is covered with paving slabs. The tiling area is 1850 squares. They plan to update the roof on two more blocks next year. As for internal work, the catering unit and the ventilation system in the kitchen sector need to be modernized and repaired, the President was told. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked whether there was a need to transfer pupils to other institutions during the renovation. According to the leadership of the kindergarten, there was no need. The vacation period allows leaving part of the children at home. About a hundred out of the 258 kids are currently visiting the institution. There are 13 groups in the development center in total, two of which are speech therapy and one correctional group for children with intellectual disabilities. The kindergarten is in demand, and not only pupils and their parents, but also 74 employees, were waiting for the improvement of its infrastructure, representatives of the institution's staff emphasized in the course of the meeting with the President.
Vasily Tishchenko told Vadim Krasnoselsky that work on the improvement of the surrounding territories is underway at nine social facilities in the Slobodzeya district now.
There is another large construction site next to the Ivushka Child Development Center. The summer cinema is being actively reconstructed. About one and a half million rubles are required to complete construction and landscaping work. If there are savings on current estimates, then a significant part of the released funds can be used at the same facility in accordance with the current legislation, Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled. The President asked what materials they plan to use to cover the stage. It was decided that the floor and canopy over the stage would be wooden. The PMR President examined the future technical premises. He was interested in upcoming purchases of equipment. The acquisition of equipment is the task of the next year. The screen size of the renovated open-air cinema is 13 by 10 meters. The President asked about the improvement of the adjacent territory. It was noted that the facility will not be just a cinema, but a cultural and entertainment complex with a corresponding wide range of various functions. The accompanying infrastructure is carefully thought out. The road leading to the facility has already been expanded and paved, parking has been thought out. Particular attention will be paid to landscaping.
The presidential inspection touched upon the future sports complex. It is being built next to the cinema. A football field will be laid in front of the wrestling and boxing school building. Preparatory work is underway. A little further on, a building of an indoor sports complex with locker rooms, showers and bathrooms will be built, in the halls of which mini-football, handball, volleyball and basketball classes will be located. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the materials planned for use. The contractors said that the project involves the use of exclusively local resources. The PMR President emphasized that such an approach should be universal, which is important for the capitalization of the Pridnestrovian economy.
