The bread-baking complex of Rybnitsa and the "Safe City" system on the agenda of the meeting under the President

The PMR President held a meeting. Head of the Presidential Administration Sergey Belous, Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Rosenberg and his deputy Stanislav Kasap, Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeeva, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vitaly Neagu and Prosecutor of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Anatoly Guretsky were invited to the working discussion. The bread-baking complex of Rybnitsa was among the discussed issues. The CJSC team raised the issue of untimely settlements with the employees of the enterprise. They talked in the course of the meeting under the President about the reasons for the current state of affairs and the measures taken to solve the problem. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that settlements with employees who have fulfilled their part of the employment contract are the primary responsibility of the enterprise administration. We are talking about seven dozen employees for whom wages at the plant are the main, and for the majority the only source of income, the President noted. He gave instructions aimed at resolving the problem situation.

They also discussed the development of the Safe City system today. The President considers that the centralized installation of outdoor video cameras in places of mass visits by citizens and classified as potentially dangerous in terms of committing offenses is an important tool for ensuring public safety. The preventive effect is confirmed by a decrease in the level of crime in the area of ​​the equipment. They talked in the course of the meeting about improving the mechanism, increasing the number of cameras and video recording coverage, improving the quality of shooting and ensuring the safety of the recording. Specific objects in need of urgent installation of cameras were named. If earlier the emphasis was on the roads that made it possible to halve the number of offenses related to driving at a prohibitory traffic signal and driving into the oncoming traffic lane, for example, now the created recreation areas - recreational and active: parks, squares, sports and playgrounds. Vandalism against leisure infrastructure takes place, the participants of the meeting stated with regret, giving specific examples. The President noted that the culture of leisure activities, as well as respect for a well-maintained environment, must be nurtured. The presence of video cameras has a disciplining effect on citizens, and in the event of an unlawful act, it allows to quickly find the attacker. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the fact that the "Safe City" pays off financially – by collecting fines. It is advisable to use these funds for the further development of the system that has proven its effectiveness, the PMR President considers.
