The President arrived in Rybnitsa on inspection visit. Vadim Kranoselsky was met by the head of the local state administration. Viktor Tyagay informed about the main indicators of the district's vital activity. The implementation of state and municipal programs was discussed. The delegation visited a number of sites. The city embankment was visited. The President was interested in progress in the reconstruction of the park and recreation area along Valchenko Street. The 2024 project provides for the construction of a rollerdrome, a public restroom, a sidewalk, and pedestrian paths. The funding amount is 2.7 million rubles. Power supply networks have been laid, lanterns have been installed to organize high-quality street lighting. The site for the sports and entertainment segment has been concreted. Some of the slides have already been installed, three more are being manufactured. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the material. The slides are metal, unlike those installed at rollerdromes in other cities. The President, noting the durability of such equipment, said that he would recommend that all heads replace the existing artificial plywood hills with metal ones over time. Walking paths along the embankment are ready. A bike path will be installed in the future. The PMR President recommended installing a fence around the sports area. The reconstruction of the rowing base is under the special control of the President. The infrastructure and equipment of this sports facility are being updated at the insistence of the President. A small vessel, a light motor boat, a dozen and a half kayaks and canoes, rowing machines, and related sports equipment have been purchased since 2021 using funding from various sources with the support of Vadim Krasnoselsky. Repair and construction work has been carried out in the main building, in auxiliary premises and on the adjacent territory of the sports school. Sports ground has been fenced and equipped. A boathouse has been built. A berth, an 8-meter pier, and a 5-meter long bridge have been built this year. The bank cleaning works have been carried out, thanks to which the water has become more comfortable for training, the President was told. The result is improved sports performance. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the number of students of the Rybnitsa rowing school. There are about a hundred of them now. The young people can train all year round: two gyms at the base are equipped with special training machines for rowers. The President advised to conduct video recording of training sessions so that the process could be seen from the outside. This is an effective way to work on mistakes, the President emphasized.
Vadim Krasnoselsky was told that significant financial assistance was provided by the city-forming Rybnitsa enterprise – the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant. They presented a Dragon class boat, four sets of components for it, 30 oars, almost fifty life jackets. They made in addition a canopy for storing boats of this class and three starting rafts, the President was told.
