Presidential Inspection

The museum infrastructure in the center of the capital continues to be transformed. The efforts of builders and other specialists involved in the creation of the republican museum are focused now on objects that will cover the historical period of the Great Patriotic War. The work is under presidential control. Vadim Krasnoselsky regularly visits the construction site with inspections. An unscheduled visit took place today. The PMR President inspected the almost finished location, created on the basis of a real firing point that operated during the war. Surviving pillboxes are found in the post-Soviet space, but it is almost impossible to find those recreated in the smallest detail. The construction of an exhibition pavilion, which will house military equipment, is also in the final stage. The structure turned out to be impressive. It was designed to be open along the perimeter, but with a canopy. The design was maintained in a single architectural style with the museum buildings. Work is actively progressing on the partisan village creation. The content of the future mural on the wall is already being read, which will harmoniously outline the museum section dedicated to the Great Patriotic War, while becoming part of the exhibition.

Vadim Krasnoselsky visited the exhibition halls. Work is ongoing there as well. The President was one of the first to immerse himself in the special historical atmosphere created by the modern video and audio system installed in the main building. The official opening of the museum sector dedicated to the Great Patriotic War is scheduled for the 9th of May, 2025.
