Knowledge Day celebrations continue. Ceremony of handing over the keys to school buses took place near the building of the drama theater in Tiraspol. They were handed over to the heads of the village administrations by Vadim Krasnoselsky in a solemn atmosphere. 12 vehicles were purchased on a presidential order, based on numerous requests from residents of the republic - six GAZ buses for 19 seats each and the same number of PAZ buses, the capacity of which, according to the factory specifications, is 23 passengers.
Congratulating the participants of the event on the beginning of the school year and new things received on this occasion, Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that many talented children and active youth live in rural areas, for whom the availability of transport will provide new opportunities for development and participation in the social, cultural, sports life of the country. The President emphasized that the state pays increased attention to the development of rural areas and improvement of their infrastructure. Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed gratitude to the Government and personally to Alexander Martynov for supporting the idea and prompt implementation of this socially significant project. The President noted that the models of vehicles were selected taking into account functionality, and emphasized the inadmissibility of their downtime. He instructed the Government to take control of the use of the cars donated today and the provision of fuel and lubricants.
