The meeting of the President with the Heads of state authorities and administrations in an expanded format is traditional. The meeting is an annual event. The PMR President gathers the leadership of the legislative, executive and judicial branches of Government of the republic to indicate his vision of the development of the state, to outline plans for the current year, to set goals. More than fifty officials gathered in the meeting room of the House of Official Receptions. In the main part of the expanded meeting, they are listeners. A monologue of the President is presupposed by the format of the event.
Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that, unlike the Presidential Message, which is generalized, the setting of tasks for state authorities is specific. According to the President, in the list prepared by him there are over 170 points, each is feasible.
Today, the PMR President stated, Pridnestrovie is developing, for more than a year now following the provisions of Strategy 2026. The President recalled the basic principles of development of the republic recorded in this document, emphasizing that the activities of the PMR President, the Government, the Supreme Council, the judiciary and other state bodies are based on and should continue to be built.
Before setting the current work tasks in the directions, Vadim Krasnoselsky focused on some significant aspects related to all Pridnestrovians. It was about the upcoming anniversaries of the Great Victory and the formation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, as well as the upcoming elections of deputies of the Supreme and local Councils, heads of administrations of villages and towns (a single voting day will be held on November 29 this year). Another important topic is the organization of events in the framework of the Year of Health. Work plans in this direction will be devoted to the report of the Minister of Health, which Alexey Tsurcan will voice in the second part of the expanded meeting, said Vadim Krasnoselsky. Another presentation will be of reporting nature. The Head of the profile public service Vasily Sotnikov will tell what results the Year of Improvement and Ecology (2019) was completed.
As for the tasks for the year, the President divided them into three large blocks under the names “Political Stability”, “Economic Self-Sufficiency” and “Social Justice”.
