The Heads of town and district administrations reported to the President on how the work on the implementation of the state program of the Capital Investment Fund 2021 is progressing on the ground. Vadim Krasnoselsky plans to leave for some objects today with a regular inspection.
The Head of the Capital Oleg Dovgopol said during the video conference that the facade work at the State University is at the final stage. Landscaping is in progress. Water supply network has been laid. The pumps are in the wells. Test launch is planned for today. Granite for the facing of the university fountain in the selected green color has been ordered. The student’s figure arrival is expected after the 10th of August. The monument has already been made. The work planned for this year will be completed by the beginning of the academic year.
The reconstructed kindergarten number 23 will also be commissioned by the 1st of September. 80% is ready at the moment. Now they are engaged in the manufacture of furniture, the purchase and installation of equipment. As for the road leading to the institution (it must be restored without fail according to instructions of Vadim Krasnoselsky): it was decided that it would be inappropriate to carry out major repairs of the track this year, since it is planned to replace communications on this section passing under the overpass. The upcoming work is related to the need to move the gas pipe, the current location of which is unsafe. The entrance to the kindergarten will be temporarily covered with rubble.
The first stage of construction of the stadium near the school number 18 in Tiraspol is nearing completion. Specialists laying the green covering of the football field will arrive this week. Oleg Dovgopol informed the President that activities are being carried out to form sports sections that will function on the basis of the new sports complex in parallel with the construction work. The structure is being created with the direct participation of the State Sports Service.
Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the state of affairs with the renewal of the infrastructure of the Municipal Special Correctional Educational Institution No. 2, the Republican Clinical Hospital and other facilities. They also talked about the exhibition show room of the Catherine Park. It is being prepared for placement of a large archaeological exhibition. Negotiations are underway with the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant on the production of specialized furniture. The President drew attention to the appearance of the entrance to the capital from the side of Bendery, noting the unkempt greenery. Instructions were given to get rid of dead wood and prune trees. It is necessary not only to renew green spaces, but also to ensure the safety of citizens. The fact is that unnecessarily tall trees are in contact with the wires of power lines. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that smaller plants should be planted to replace obsolete plants.
The Head of Bendery administration made a detailed report at the meeting. Roman Ivanchenko informed about the progress of large-scale work on the reconstruction of the central part of the city. He noted that the townspeople complain about the inconveniences, stressing that they are forced and temporary: one cannot do without them when carrying out a global repair. Roman Ivanchenko noted at the same time that the work of various services is optimized and synchronized as much as possible. Within three weeks, most of the excavations to Kommunisticheskaya Street are planned to be closed and to begin asphalting these sections. Work is being actively carried out on the section from the House of Culture named after Tkachenko to Suvorov Street. Workers from other locations were moved here to speed up. The first start of large street lamps is scheduled for today. The specialists responsible for the installation of fountains near the House of Culture are awaited in Bendery by the middle of the week. They start paving Lenin Street. They will start laying the flooring in Lazo Street in a couple of days. They expect to put in order the block from Kalinin Street to Kommunisticheskaya Street by the end of the month.
It was said at the meeting that a significant increase in the volume of road works in Bendery was made possible by the allocation of additional funding.
Roman Ivanchenko said that additional funds were allocated for cleaning the storm sewer. Areas were found where tree roots have grown into it. The problem was solved thanks to the use of equipment, which was sent from Tiraspol on the recommendation of Vadim Krasnoselsky.
The President asked about the work carried out on the overpass. Dismantling and research of the condition of the spans continues. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled the need to replace the fence. It will be forged, with the design being determined. Another point that the President emphasized was the presence of road safety barriers. It turns out that they were not thought out during the construction of the overpass. They will install it now.
Another bridge near the Floare factory demanded alignment of the plates and their anti-corrosion protection, said Roman Ivanchenko.
They spoke at the meeting about improvement of leisure and recreational areas. An amusement zone will soon appear in the Park named after Alexander Nevsky. An order for the purchase of equipment has been completed.
The President was informed by Heads of towns and districts about progress in work at the facilities included in the Capital Investment Fund program. They focused on the objects being repaired and under construction at the expense of the capital investment fund through the Ministry of Health. Christina Albul reported on the readiness of three rural feldsher-obstetric points. Vadim Krasnoselsky instructed to present him an updated schedule for the commissioning of medical institutions.
