The issue of changing the staffing table and reducing a number of employees of the state unitary enterprises “Water Supply and Sanitation” and “Unified Distribution Electric Networks” was raised more than once during the President’s workshops and meetings with the public and core groups of cities and regions of the republic. There were arguments in support of the idea of centralization, as well as arguments against. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that practical steps in this direction can be taken only after all parties concerned come to a consensus. A common position has not been worked out. In this regard, the President instructed the Chairman of the PMR Government to take immediate measures aimed at canceling the decisions of unitary enterprise managers to change the staffing table and terminating the procedure for reducing the number of employees. They will return to consideration of this issue after providing the PMR President with information on the economic and social justification for the necessity of making this decision. The Minister of Economic Development and Heads of the State Unitary Enterprise “Unified Distribution Electric Networks” and the State Unitary Enterprise "Water Supply and Sanitation" were informed about the presidential commission.
