Opening the working meeting, to which Vadim Krasnoselsky invited the Head of the Administration of the PMR President, the PMR Prime Minister, the PMR Health Minister and the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the President noted that the Pridnestrovian society makes reasonable and fair claims to the pricing in the pharmaceutical sector of the republic: the cost of the same medicines in pharmacies varies markedly. Another problem is the lack of pharmacies in rural areas, demand for which among the local population is very high. As an example, Vadim Krasnoselsky spoke about the situation in the village of Nezavertaylovka, Slobodzeya region, where he recently visited rural outpatient clinic. The management of the outpatient clinic said that there has been no pharmacy in a large settlement for a long time. According to the President, a facility that sells medicines and related medical products should be in every medical facility. It would be correct for this network to function on the basis of a state-owned enterprise, Vadim Krasnoselsky considers. According to him, the presence of an effective state unitary enterprises will discipline the organizations operating in the pharmaceutical sector and increase competition. At the same time, it is important to prevent monopolistic manifestations, the President emphasized.
There is LekPharm state unitary enterprises in Pridnestrovie. The company was established in 2012 and received 3 million interest-free loan. At first it was quite profitable. Then there was no development. Both accounts payable and accounts receivable grew. The inspections revealed a number of violations. The Government decided to change the leadership of the enterprise. The participants of today's meeting have no doubts about the expediency of preserving the enterprise. They are in solidarity in the opinion that the economic entity must be supported by providing assistance to the new leadership. The company will have to expand its range of products and intensify participation in tenders. The issue of lending is being discussed - but only if there is a promising business plan for at least two years. It should be submitted by July 31.
