Members of the Operational Headquarters under the PMR President decided to resume the work of institutions subordinate to the State Service for Culture. A special commission will check the readiness of facilities to carry out activities in the pandemic in the near future. Collectives of the Palace of the Republic, the Theater named after Natalia Aronetskaya, as well as the State Palace of Culture and rural houses of culture will be able to start rehearsals from February 1 in case of compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Spectators will soon return to the halls with a favorable development of events. As for cinemas: they will be able to resume demonstration of film products from the beginning of February with the permission of the profile commission, but subject to strict observance by employees and visitors of quarantine requirements - mask mode, limiting the number of spectators who are simultaneously in the hall, and ensuring distance. On the initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky, institutions visited by people with disabilities are also returning to service after a long quarantine downtime.
