Visiting the Slobodzeya district, Vadim Krasnoselsky considered it necessary to personally check how things are going with the construction of residential building. This is a building in Kotovsky Street in Slobodzeya. The former unfinished building is one of the objects included in the state program of affordable housing construction initiated by the President. In general, the republic plans to commission over 600 apartments in the framework of its first stage in 2019-2020. The first houses were received by new settlers in Tiraspol and Bendery. The keys will be handed over to Residents of Slobodzeya next spring.
Residents of the district created a housing and construction cooperative. 48 people entered it. 37 state employees will acquire apartments, two orphans, the remaining are for interest holders - representatives of the off-budget sphere, Vasily Tishchenko told Vadim Krasnoselsky. According to the Head of the district, the cost per square meter of housing will be 107 conventional units. The apartments in the house are one- and two-room, located four at the floor, each has a separate pantry. A parking lot for residents' cars will appear near the house In the future. The President recalled that the improvement of the adjacent territory is a must. The interlocutors said that the program for the construction of affordable housing in the republic will continue. Its subsequent stages will affect those areas in which there is a need for new apartments. The President emphasized that the formation of the request is the task of the Head of the local administration, who should fully control the situation and timely inform the country's leadership. This applies not only to housing, but also to the overall life support and improvement of the area, said Vadim Krasnoselsky. Speaking about infrastructural transformations, the President noted obvious changes for the better. Approximately 40 million rubles have been invested in the development of the social infrastructure of the district for two years, Vasily Tishchenko informed. The interlocutors agreed that the launch of the Capital Investment Program gave a positive impetus, due to the implementation of which 340 objects were put in order or built from scratch. The Head of Slobodzeya noted that, speaking of the allocation of funds from the federal capital budget to the district, it would be wrong to take into account only the amounts allocated for the construction and repair of municipal facilities. Vasily Tishchenko talked about the polyclinics commissioned and repaired rural outpatient clinics, the provision of villages with water, the construction of treatment facilities and boiler houses.
Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that the capital investment fund program, the effectiveness of which no one already doubts, will continue as long as it will be needed.
