The PMR President met with members of the Advisory Assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the PMR Supreme Council in the hall of plenary sessions of the PMR Supreme Council. The solemn event is dedicated to the Republic Day.
The parliamentarians recalled the events of thirty years ago, in which they were the most active participants. The President expressed his personal gratitude to everyone - for the republic creation, for the strengthening and development of statehood. Vadim Krasnoselsky called the proclamation of the PMSSR a forced act, which was a response to aggression, nationalism, chauvinism, violation of the rights and freedoms of citizens. The President recalled the prerequisites for the creation of a young republic, when people of different nationalities suddenly became minorities in their homeland. He spoke about the collapse of the Soviet Union and its culprits - the political elite, which did not want to hear the people. The country's leader paid attention to the attempts of the Pridnestrovians to find forms of cohabitation and the fact that Moldova dismissed all the proposals, not wanting to talk with Pridnestrovie on equal terms.
Thanking the interlocutors and congratulating them on the upcoming anniversary of the country, the PMR President presented them with state awards - badges "For the Deputies Creators of the PMR".
The memory of the founders and defenders of Pridnestrovie, who are not alive and do not see the 30th anniversary of the republic, was honored with a minute of silence. Vadim Krasnoselsky wished health and aimed at continuing their active participation in the life of the country to the participants of the festive meeting and the solemn ceremony of awarding gifts and award pins.
