While on a visit to the north of the republic with inspection, the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky visited the city stadium in Rybnitsa. This is a part of "Jubilee" sports complex. It was commissioned in 1975. There are 5 thousand seats. The stadium occupies 26,640 square meters. Eight thousand squares - a football field (67 m by 120 m) with grass. It is in good condition, stated Vadim Krasnoselsky. The President tested its quality by sending several goals into the football goal. He talked with members of the local Iskra team (champion of Pridnestrovie). He found out from the sportsmen that the letter that the stadium needs improvement was sent to the Presidential Executive Office by fans from Rybnitsa. He spoke about the importance of the development of sports in general and football as the most popular and affordable type, in particular, noting that the state is making every effort to improve sports infrastructure. The stadium should be put in order within a year - by the Republic Day, said Vadim Krasnoselsky. The primary task is to cover the central part and update its seats (the benches of the right sector of the stands were put in order in 2018, the question of the appropriateness of a canopy over it is being discussed). Fencing will be replaced around the perimeter of the stadium. Attention must be paid to treadmills that need a special rubber coating. Taking into consideration that they have recently been paved along the entire length, the task is noticeably simplified and cheaper, said Vadim Krasnoselsky. Old emergency trees must be uprooted. Fresh seedlings will take their place. They reconstructed locker rooms and showers in 2013. But today there is something to work on, the President said, inspecting the buildings.
The President emphasized that the Capital Investment Fund is the most important state infrastructure program. The list of objects that will be included in it is formed on the basis of requests from administrations, ministries and departments.
An example of the implementation of the capital investment program is Rybnitsa secondary boarding school. It was opened in 1961 and is a complex of several buildings. Education is in Russian, there are 44 teachers. 144 students in 14 classes. Not only full-time is practiced, but also evening (full-time and part-time) forms of teaching, as well as external studies. Vadim Krasnoselsky attended this educational institution in March last year. Then it was decided to include the boarding school in the capital investment program-2019 with the allocation of 3.2 million rubles for the repair of buildings and premises. Today, the President inspected the updated buildings. Windows and doors were replaced in the dormitory building and the catering unit, plumbing and a lighting system were replaced, and the entire amount of necessary finishing work was carried out indoors. By the beginning of the school year, a school kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms and the playroom are already furnished and ready to accept the pupils, who are still engaged in the neighboring building. The President noted the efficiency and quality of work at this facility.
