The President held a meeting with the Heads of law enforcement agencies of the republic. The situation in the country and around it was discussed. Introduced in Pridnestrovie by presidential decree dated April 26, 2022 the terrorist danger critical red alert expired today. After analyzing the current situation they came to the conclusion that the threat of terrorist act remains and there is a need to continue the implementation of measures to counter it.
The terrorist danger red alert has been extended for another 15 days – until May 25, 2022 inclusive. Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the relevant decree. Necessary changes have also been made to the legal act “On Approving the Procedure for Establishing the Levels of Terrorist Threat that Provides for the Adoption of Additional Measures to Ensure the Security of the Individual, Society and the State”.
