Vadim Krasnoselsky met with Russian parliamentarian Alexander Yaroshuk

The Russian legislator arrived in Pridnestrovie at the invitation of the Government to participate in the Pridnestrovian youth forum "Tiras-2019". Deputy of the United Russia Alexander Yaroshuk represents in the State Duma including Pridnestrovie voters (district number 98). He started parliamentary activity six months ago, after the election of his predecessor Alexei Silanov to the post of Head of Kaliningrad.

Welcoming Alexander Yaroshuk, Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that it is important for Pridnestrovians to have the opportunity to communicate with deputies representing the interests of the citizens of the republic in the Russian parliament. The President thanked the interlocutor for his attention to interests of the youth and participation in the upcoming meeting.

Speaking about issues that worry Pridnestrovians, Vadim Krasnoselsky focused on the topic of obtaining Russian citizenship, noting that residents of the republic face new problems. The on-site point of consular service of the Russian embassy in Tiraspol, for example, does not accept copies of birth certificates. The question remains open about the possibility of using maternity capital for the purchase of housing and education in the territory of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic not for the first year. The prospects for bringing to mind the socially significant objects, the construction of which was started through the Eurasian Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Eurasian Integration” are still obscure. The PMR President drew attention to the fact that the republic is ready to complete the construction, but does not have this possibility due to the uncertainty on the Russian side. Vadim Krasnoselsky spoke about economic relations with Russia, focusing on the fact that some decisions made in relation to other countries are projected onto Pridnestrovie, worsening the economic situation of business entities of the republic. The speech was about the fact of active reducing of Russia in terms of the implementation of its projects in Pridnestrovie.

Alexander Yaroshuk, in turn, noted that the Russian lawmakers did not disregard issues of relevance to Pridnestrovians. According to him, there is progress in their decision. The Russian Deputy places great hopes on the upcoming meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Kozak.

The interlocutors agreed that the solution of issues relevant to Pridnestrovie is the priority and has a high positive potential from the point of view of people's interests.
