Vadim Krasnoselsky answered the questions of the staff of the PMR Ministry of Justice in free conversation format

The President continues a series of meetings with employees of ministries and departments of the republic. Welcoming the representatives of the departments of the Ministry of Justice, Vadim Krasnoselsky reminded that he was ready to answer questions of different subject matter.

Employees of the department addressed more than a dozen questions concerning both the specifics of official activities and logistics to the President. One of them was associated with the supply of the Ministry of Justice uniform. According to the staff, despite the fact that the department belongs to the power unit, uniforms are provided in insufficient quantities.

Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the form is an element of status and discipline in the ministries of the security bloc. The Ministry of Defense and (to a lesser extent) the Ministry of the Interior faced the same difficulties not so long ago. Today, the problem was largely solved, the President noted. He instructed the leadership of the Ministry of Justice to prepare information on the existing needs of various departments in uniform.

Stanislav Grigoritsa, the Head of the State Registration and Notary Service, informed the President about another material and technical problem. Thus, some territorial offices of the service are not provided with their own premises. The most acute question is in Bendery. The budget is spent on renting the premises.

Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that he is familiar with this problem, since it is faced by branches of several other Government agencies. Solution was found: in the future, they are planned to be placed in one building located in the central part of the city. According to the President, the services to which a large number of citizens are applying must necessarily have convenient logistics.

During the meeting, the issue of personnel shortages, which exists in separate divisions of the Ministry of Justice, was not left without attention. Staff officials noted that often the reason for this is the low level of wages. The President, agreeing that this reason is important, emphasized that there are other factors affecting the personnel situation.

Further training of doctors working in the Ministry of Justice system within the republic is another topic of the meeting. The President said that they, like all other doctors, will be able to undergo retraining on the basis of the Medical Faculty of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko.

A number of questions addressed to the President concerned the institution of pardon, as well as the mechanism of parole. In particular, the staff asked about advisability of setting different deadlines for applying for clemency, depending on the severity of the crime. Vadim Krasnoselsky reminded that the Constitution provides for the right of the President to pardon.

At the end of the meeting, Vadim Krasnoselsky raised a significant topic for Pridnestrovie - the preservation and development prospects of the republic. He recalled that for the next eight years, the main goals and objectives here are defined by the relevant Strategy.

The President thanked the staff of the Ministry of Justice for the interesting communication. He assured that all raised questions were taken into account and practical decisions would be made.
