Proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of the department, and questions about the life and work of the President were voiced in the course of the meeting of the President with the staff of the Investigative Committee

The dialogue with the staff of the PMR Investigative Committee continued the series of meetings of the President with the teams of state institutions, ministries and departments. They touched upon both specific, purely departmental topics, and those that concern the public - maternal capital, Russian citizenship, affordable housing, agricultural development, and the fight against plant-specific allergens in the course of the conversation. They asked Vadim Krasnoselsky questions of personal and philosophical nature - about the meaning of life, the essence of harmoniously developed personality, happiness, family, the role of personality in history, the working day of the President. “It is necessary to be all in your work, but burnout is unacceptable. It is necessary to organize the work process in such a way that there is time for family, friends, hobbies. There should be systemacity. You need to develop, improve yourselves, be harmonious in everything, avoid extremes, work with pleasure, but without fanaticism. Harmony should be both in the soul and in the head”, Vadim Krasnoselsky considers.

Employees who raise younger schoolchildren told the President that the problem for them is that the children are in the extended-day group only until 4 pm, while the working day ends at least an hour later. The President, noting the irregular schedule of the work of the Investigative Committee specialists, called on the management to treat such appeals with understanding and approach each situation individually. Mothers of the senior schoolchildren, concerned about the imperfection of the mechanism for passing the USE by Pridnestrovian schoolchildren, shared their dissatisfaction regarding the very tight schedule of final exams.

Another current topic today is the flood. Employees of the Investigative Committee were interested in monitoring the status of dams on the Dniester. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled the events of 2008, when all forces were thrown to withstand floods. He said that, as Minister of the Interior, on the night of August 3, side by side with the townspeople and the PMR President Igor Smirnov, he strengthened the dam in the metropolitan maternity hospital with sandbags. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that the responsibility of each, civil consciousness and cohesion allowed to protect the city from flooding. At the same time, the weak points of the dam were revealed. If necessary, they strengthened. This year, from the capital investment fund, funds have been allocated to bring segments from the village of Sukleia to Tiraspol, as well as to the Grigoriopol in proper condition.

They also talked about Pridnestrovian history, statehood, prospects for further development and recognition of the republic’s independence. Vadim Krasnoselsky not only expressed his opinion, but also wondered what his interlocutors thought about it. He is convinced that the conviction in the rightness must be cultivated from within. If each Pridnestrovian owns factual data on the prerequisites for the creation of the republic and the political and legal basis of its international recognition, imbued with the state idea, first formulated in the text of the Pridnestrovian Development Strategy, then there will be no difficulties in presenting this information on external sites. “Recognition of Pridnestrovie, further formation of the community, Pridnestrovian people and creation of socially-oriented state with a market form of the economy - these are the goals that we face, and which we will definitely achieve. We need to work, we are bound to be successful”, noted the PMR President, concluding the conversation.
