Decision to resume the practice of hospitalization of patients not classified as carriers of coronavirus infection from February 1 was made in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the PMR President. Students of grades 9 and 11 as well as graduate students will return to their classrooms the same day. The President was informed about readiness of educational institutions. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that the number of full-time lessons conducted during one day should not exceed five. Teachers, but not schoolchildren will move from one classroom to another. Teachers must wear protective masks during class. On Saturdays, lessons will be held remotely only.

Cultural institutions will begin to gradually resume activity from February.

The Minister of Health informed the President about provision of the health care system with medicines and means of individual protection. Christina Albul said that warehouses of the Ministry of Health have 44000 rapid antibody tests and 12600 antigen tests. She spoke about expected arrival of a batch of oxygen concentrators in the republic on Wednesday. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about a computer tomography scanner for the Dubossary hospital. Its delivery is expected by the end of next month. There is an agreement with Privolzhsky specialized institute on the remote training of specialist who will serve the computer tomography scanner.

It was decided that the reception of new coronavirus patients by the capital's hospital of veterans would be stopped in the process of discussing the situation in each of the infectious diseases hospitals in Pridnestrovie. The carriers of COVID-19 who are there will complete treatment at the site of this institution, after which the branch of the infectious diseases hospital will be closed. To date, the hospital network of coronavirus hospitals is loaded by 42%. Almost equal number of patients is being treated in hospital and at home - 939 and 938 people, respectively.
