The program of affordable housing: the capital is preparing this year to take hundreds of new settlers

From protracted to affordable housing - this principle formed the basis of the program initiated by Vadim Krasnoselsky and successfully implemented throughout the republic. Three high-rise buildings, the construction of which was once frozen, are reviving from oblivion and devastation in the capital. One of them - in Komsomolskaya Street - was built as a building of a polyclinic. Experts have found it possible to reformat the unrealized project, turning the failed building of the medical institution into a 237-apartment residential building. On behalf of the President, a cooperative was created — the First October Complex. Interested holders are actively involved in the work, working closely with the city authorities. In the spring of this year, Vadim Krasnoselsky has already visited this object, having made sure that the parties were interesting in the speedy completion and high-quality work. Today, the President again arrived with an inspection at the construction site. The head of administration Oleg Dovgopol said that at the moment the contractors are working on providing each apartment with a ventilation channel, electrical, water and gas supply systems, as well as connecting to the sewer network. Share holders will undertake the installation of partitions, as a general decision has been taken on the free layout of the premises. Elevator mines are being prepared. 90% of windows are installed. In parallel, work is underway on the insulation and decoration of the facade, waterproofing the basement, designing the surrounding area. Oleg Dovgopol said that 17000 cubes of clay are being purchased to level it. Construction of the house is planned to be completed by the end of this year.

In the foreseeable future, new settlers and two cooperative houses in Benderskaya Street will be accepted. The South-1 and Polyus housing complex will be the first signs of the affordable housing program. Delivery of houses in operation is scheduled for September. Great importance is attached to the improvement of the territories around residential buildings and the prospects for the infrastructural development of the growing regions.

“At the end of this year - the beginning of the next, members of the cooperatives, and about four hundred people will receive affordable housing only in Tiraspol. As promised, we have provided an affordable pricing policy. A two-room apartment will cost approximately seven to seven and a half thousand conventional units. In addition, a member of the cooperative can get an affordable long-term loan in rubles PMR. The amount is such that an employee of the public sector can "pull" the payment of the loan. That is, citizens will be able to live in their own apartment, gradually paying its cost. This is the first stage of the program of affordable housing for state employees. He is at the final stage of implementation. The work in this direction continues”, Vadim Krasnoselsky concluded.
