Presidential Inspection to Slobodzeya District

The President and the Head of the district continued a working dialogue in the course of the inspection at the end of the reporting part of the meeting, organized in the format of a videoconference, dedicated to the results of the activities of the Slobodzeya administration. The first place of the visit is the center of Slobodzeya. Its improvement project involves a phased infrastructural transformation. Much has already been done. This year's plans include the completion of work on the creation of the Park of the newlyweds. It was laid down in 2020. Statues were purchased for half a million rubles, allocated under the capital investment program last year. The costs are associated with the necessary communications. The capital investment fund for 2021 has 1,7 million. The park, with an area of one and a half hectares, is located next to the local registry office. The authors of the idea expect that the visit to this bright, themed object, convenient for photo sessions, will become an integral part of the festive events dedicated to the wedding. It does not mean that the leisure zone will not be accessible to the townspeople: the park is conceived as a public place for free visits. It will be decorated with a lake, a rotunda, a green alley, dry (pedestrian) fountain. Vasily Tishchenko noted that it is planned to improve the cascade staircase leading to the bank of the Dniester and the stadium, which is also expected to be reconstructed in the future. This question is already 2022. The result of this step-by-step work should be the creation of a single recreational ensemble that will unite the city center with the embankment.

Vadim Krasnoselsky while with an inspection in the Slobodzeya district visited the village of Chobruchi. He visited with an inspection is the Rodin Park among the objects. This object is not just a park area, but a monument of gardening art, and bears the name of its creator Dmitry Rodin. The architect laid it on the territory adjacent to the house in the middle of the last century. Ponds, grottoes, bridges, gazebos, sculptural compositions have made the home park known far beyond the borders of not only the city, but also the country. Such fame was promoted by the victory in the All-Union competition of landscape gardening (Exhibition of National Economy Achievements, 1982). Later there was a period of desolation. Local residents and the district administration do not lose hope of restoring Chobruchi Park in all its glory. The President supports them. Vadim Krasnoselsky visited this facility. The situation has not allowed starting active reconstruction so far. The park will not remain without attention, assured Vadim Krasnoselsky. It is necessary at this stage to strengthen the bowls of the reservoirs and launch the fountains. The rotunda will also revive. The President recommended that the head of the district adopt the experience of the residents of Tiraspol, citing the example of the rotunda of the Catherine Park. It is necessary to think about water tank, start a pumping station, restore the water supply system. This year 637,5 thousand rubles were allocated under the "Preservation of immovable objects of cultural heritage" program. It will be sent, among other things, to the reconstruction of one of the most interesting park locations - the Swan Palace. Its roof and facade are in urgent need of repair. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that the local leadership needs to find various sources of funding for this project, significant from an infrastructure, social, cultural, historical and tourist point of view.

The local Memorial of Glory is another place of presidential visit to Chobruchi. Its important component is a monument to Soviet soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War. It did not know reconstruction many decades. Repair work was carried out in 2020, at the expense of funds allocated under the program for the preservation of immovable objects of cultural heritage: the foundation was restored, the walls were strengthened, the granite slabs were replaced, on which the names of the villagers who died during the Second World War were carved. There were more surnames after the reconstruction: 1242 heroes were mentioned - those who defended the village from the Nazi invaders, as well as the inhabitants of Chobruchi who died in battles far from their small homeland, Vasily Tishchenko said. He emphasized that the region pays special attention to memorial sites associated with the Great Patriotic War, recalling the already completed and still ongoing reconstruction of memorial complexes in the center of Slobodzeya, in the villages of Nezavertaylovka, Sukleya, Ternovka. Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed gratitude to the leadership and residents of the Slobodzeya district for preserving the history and respect for the heroic past of the country.

Chobruchi Stadium is also under the President's attention. The plans include the creation of a football school, which will unite several disparate sections and teams. The infrastructural part of the idea implementation will begin this year. We are talking about the improvement of the stadium. Task number 1 is the renovation and expansion of the changing rooms. The capital investment fund in 2021 contains 1.4 million rubles. More funds will be needed. Additional sources will be identified. There is an agreement on cooperation with the Football Federation, the Head of State was told. It is important that the project has been launched, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized. He noted that by the summer a general idea of further plans should be formed and documented. The site, according to the President, is good. This will make it possible to place not only the football field itself, but also, for example, track and field tracks. The President considers that the approach to sports infrastructure should be comprehensive. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that when designing it is necessary to take into account the opinion of local residents.
