The PMR President met with pupils of the Tiraspol Suvorov Military School and the Republican Cadet Corps at the presidential executive office. The pupils of Suvorov Military College and the cadets were accompanied by the heads of educational institutions - Sergei Alexandrov (Tiraspol Suvorov Military School) and Nikolai Ganevich (Republican Cadet Corps). The event was discussion-introduction. It was held in the format of a tea party, timed to coincide with the coming Day of the Great Victory. Vadim Krasnoselsky got acquainted with each of the interlocutors, asking about their studies, hobbies and what led the children to educational institutions subordinate to the ministries of the power block – defense and internal affairs. The decision for everyone without exception was personal. Parents supported the choice. Not only boys, but girls were also among the participants of the meeting – the cadet corps pupils. They said that 44 schoolgirls wear cadet uniforms today. 184 children are studying in the Republican Cadet Corps in total. The Suvorov movement is relatively new for Pridnestrovie. The school was established in Tiraspol in 2017 on the initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky. 267 Suvorov students are studying now – pupils of grades 5-11 or I-VII courses. Most of the cadets plan to continue their education at the Tiraspol Law Institute. Future professional activity directions are different for everyone at the same time: forensic science, customs, operational-search, judicial activities. The President, based on his service experience, recommended serving in the Investigative Committee as a step towards judicial practice, and considers mathematical abilities important for future law enforcement officers. The pupils of Suvorov Military College, who today communicated with the PMR President, connect their educational future with the law and history faculties of the state university, as well as the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The young people asked the President for life advice. Vadim Krasnoselsky recommended not trying to jump over career steps and not to rush things. He advised not to put off learning until later and continue self-education all life. Another important aspect is the ability to obey: only those who have mastered this skill are capable of leading, Vadim Krasnoselsky is sure. The PMR President focused on such a significant factor as psychological readiness for service and the position held.

Vadim Krasnoselsky asked what the cadets and pupils of Suvorov Military College lacked. They agreed that it would be useful to increase the number of outings, including sightseeing events that would make it possible to get to know our native land better. Pupils of Suvorov Military College asked if there were any plans to build a swimming pool on the territory of the educational institution. The came to conclusion during the discussion that it is more expedient to use a city one: the construction of an indoor pool is an expensive project, and an open pool will not be in demand, since the summer season coincides with the vacation period. The President recommended the leadership of the Republican Cadet Corps to introduce pupils to water sports. The cadet corps is located in Bendery, the city has its own modern swimming pool.

The participants of the meeting despite the difference in age discussed history enthusiastically – its various milestones and personalities. They touched upon the issue of Pridnestrovie recognition. They talked about the state idea of the PMR, democracy, the problem of falsifying historical facts from the Great Patriotic War and the preservation of monuments. The prospects for the abolition of the unified state exam was discussed and the likelihood of a ban on the use of mobile phones in educational institutions. The President was asked about family traditions. They asked if Vadim Krasnoselsky plays chess and musical instruments. In both cases, the answer was yes. When asked what he would like to change in life, the President replied that nothing. There were poems today as well. The theme is consonant with the upcoming holiday and close to the pupils of Suvorov Military College and cadets – officers.

The PMR President presented the interlocutors with books as memorable gifts.
