The beginning of the working week was traditionally marked by a video conference of the President with the heads of state authorities and administration. The current issues of the life of the republic as a whole and of towns and regions individually were discussed. The heads of state administrations informed about the situation on the ground, reported on the implementation of the instructions received earlier, identified problematic aspects and possible solutions. Particular attention in the course of the meeting was paid to the implementation of infrastructure projects, as well as the cleaning and landscaping work as part of the month of improvement. They talked about the cultural and sports events held last week and planned for the next seven days. A special place among them is occupied by the celebrations dedicated to the 79th anniversary of the liberation of the settlements of Pridnestrovie from the Nazi invaders. Commemorative rallies were held in the villages of Mikhailovka and Zhura in Rybnitsa district on April 7 and 8. Flower-laying ceremonies and related events will be held this week in Tiraspol, Slobodzeya, Dubossary, Grigoriopol and nearby villages.
The participants of the meeting focused on the issues raised in the course of the meeting of the President with Dubossary deputies and social activists. Instructions were given related to the repair of the road near the village of Koikovo, the construction of a multidisciplinary sports ground near the Moldovan school No.3 in the city of Dubossary, and the activities of a local health camp. They discussed the possibility of local regulation of the mode of daily switching on and off of street lighting devices. The President asked about the possibility of personnel providing of medical facility located in the Lunga microdistrict. According to Minister of Health Christina Albul, the problem will be solved already in May - after the distribution of graduates of the medical college, among whom there are residents of Dubossary.
