The President is in the Rybnitsa district

The visit of the President to the Rybnitsa district was planned. Vadim Krasnoselsky once again visits cities and regions of the republic to personally familiarize with the situation on the ground. Visiting a number of objects of social infrastructure and talking with deputies of the city council, heads of state administration units and local enterprises, institutions, organizations is in today's working schedule of the President.

Vadim Krasnoselsky was welcomed at the entrance to the city by the Head of Rybnitsa Viktor Tyagay. He has been leading the administration since July of this year. The first point of the inspection is the Dniester embankment. Vadim Krasnoselsky examined it during his previous visit to Rybnitsa. Then the issue of improving the recreation area by the river (Valchenko Street) was discussed. 593 thousand rubles were allocated for these purposes from the city budget, 200 thousand - under the program for the execution of voters' orders. According to Viktor Tyagay, it is planned to equip pedestrian walkways and two multi-stage entrances, install arbors, twelve benches and the same number of boxes, as well as one and a half dozen lamps. After listening to the Head of the district and inspecting the territory, Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that its location is ideal in terms of placing the park area. It is necessary to equip the entire area from the beach to the bridge, moreover, to approach the issue comprehensively, the President is sure. He drew attention to the lack of an irrigation system for the green zone. He asked why there is no project for the future park. Vadim Krasnoselsky instructed to carry out design work immediately. A visualized step-by-step plan should be presented to the President no later than November 20. The next step will be the implementation of the so-called draft work and the irrigation system. In parallel, they will conduct an audit of existing green spaces, eliminate obsolete trees and shrubs in order to have an idea of what and where to plant. This aspect should also be reflected in the design of the future park. Consideration will be given to the placement of playgrounds (taking into account already established ones), the stage for artists to perform, and the catering area. Given the location of the park directly by the river, the President sees the placement of a grotto, a compact artificial reservoir, decorated with a decorative bridge. So far, all these are ideas that need to be analyzed, evaluated, discussed in order to be able to include them in the general project for the improvement of the embankment and the construction of the park in the Valchenko region. The President is not satisfied with the current state of affairs.

Another object of leisure-oriented social infrastructure that the President paid attention to is the central park of the city, more specifically, the fountain located on its territory. Built in 1977, it has long lost its original appearance and was in dire need of restoration and overhaul. This year, the city has found internal resources to carry out the necessary work. Initially, it was planned to implement the project within two years. The local leadership and deputies of the city council found additional sources of funding, so they expect to complete the work this year. Their volume is large. This concerns construction of an underground pumping station, laying a pipeline, providing lighting, enhancing and sealing the bowl and its lining, erecting bridges and installing decorative structures, as well as landscaping. Vadim Krasnoselsky, having examined the object, drew attention to the need to provide a platform for artists to perform and comfortable seating for spectators. The President focused on the need for improvement of park paths, and also gave a number of recommendations and instructions related to landscaping. He also drew attention to the appropriateness of breaking flower beds. Like the Dniester embankment, the central park needs a well-thought-out watering system, said Vadim Krasnoselsky. He said that he plans to take part in the opening of the renewed fountain complex, the launch of which they want to coincide with the Victory Day. The ceremony is planned to be held in May 2020.
