The President is on a working visit to Rybnitsa

The President held a meeting with deputies, the leadership of district and rural administrations, municipal enterprises and services, and public organizations of Rybnitsa. The event was planned. The format is debatable. They discussed issues related to the life of individual settlements and the district as a whole, as well as the state of affairs in the republic. The meeting was held at the site of the local city and district council.

Vadim Krasnoselsky was addressed with questions of a geopolitical orientation, asked about the negotiation process, raised the topic of ensuring the security of citizens, peace in the republic and the regional space.

The PMR President was asked if there was any hope of completing the construction of Rybnitsa school No. 6, which had been started at one time through the ANO "Eurasian Integration". The building of this educational institution and two more social facilities remained unfinished projects. The estimated cost of the unfinished Rybnitsa school is over sixty million rubles. An application for inclusion of the object in the Capital Investment Fund has been submitted for more than a year. The implementation of the project has to be postponed based on the principle of priority. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that it is not necessary to rely on outside forces and means. The republic will have to complete the construction on its own – as far as it is financially possible.

The topic of children's health improvement and leisure was discussed at the meeting. It was noted that 22 summer playgrounds on the basis of 10 urban and 12 rural schools functioned in the district on the principles of daytime stay of children last year. The coverage is 18% of local schoolchildren (1029 people). The issue of involving more children in this system is being worked out. Options for locating camp sites are being studied both on the basis of existing educational institutions and in currently unused buildings that are on the balance sheet of the Department of Public Education. Rybnitsa residents expect that a round-the-clock children's health camp will appear in the region, where children will be able to spend their traditional shift without having to return home every evening. The north of the republic is not covered by the camp culture to date, that is, about eight thousand schoolchildren from Rybnitsa and Kamenka are limited in the possibility of summer recreation. The President noted that he generally supported the idea. He emphasized that the initiative should come from local authorities and the public, and not in words, but supported by a real project proposal indicating the location and cost estimates.

They asked about the prospects for carrying out repair work on the site of the city of Rybnitsa, in Kolbasna. The need to provide drinking water to this village is also indicated – a well is needed. The eastern part of the settlement is experiencing a serious shortage of water. Local residents are forced to go to a remotely located spring. Vadim Krasnoselsky included these issues on the agenda of the next working meeting with the heads of state authorities and administration.

The 30-year water supply problem has already been solved in the village of Krasnenkoe. The President was thanked for his assistance. 515 residents of two rural areas are connected to the centralized water supply system. Words of gratitude were expressed for the feldsher-obstetric station in Ivanovka as well as for school buses, which allow rural children to comfortably get to educational institutions.

Gratitude was addressed today to the leadership of the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant, thanks to whose responsiveness the Eternal Flame is now burning on the mass grave of the village of Krasnenkoe, the names of more than two hundred villagers who did not return from the fronts of the Great Patriotic War are carved on eight marble slabs.

The premises of the Union of Defenders of the PMR are among the objects mentioned at the meeting. The deputies asked for assistance in transferring the building, which is on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Justice, to the permanent use of the organization – without the need for annual re-registration of documentation.

They talked today about the need to restore the fence around the open-air exhibits of the Rybnitsa Museum of Local Lore. Several requests are related to the restoration of monuments to the defenders of the Fatherland. One of them is in the village of Vykhvatintsy. Only fragments of the obelisk have survived. Another request is to put in order the place of burial of the Unknown Soldier in the cemetery of the village of Butuchany. A local resident betrayed a Soviet soldier here in 1941, whose name remained unknown, and took care of the grave until the end of her days. The participants of today's discussion agreed that both the unknown soldier and the woman who buried him deserve to be immortalized.

The participants of the discussion spoke about budget crediting and subsidizing young families and specialists for purposes related to the improvement of living conditions. They discussed the development of the reclamation complex, the creation of a land cadastre, the reduction of document circulation and the reduction of the time for issuing various documents.

They talked about the city bath. Regarding the expediency of investing in the modernization and maintenance of this facility, the opinions of Rybnitsa residents differ.

Based on the results of the two-hour discussion, presidential instructions will be issued. Discussion of individual issues will continue within the framework of thematic meetings.
