This form should be implemented, as we said, from April 1 in all medical institutions of the PMR. Naturally, we need to carry out preparatory work, it has already begun, and monitor it. 2. To introduce medical examination programs for the entire population of the PMR.
3. To introduce a procedure for providing palliative care to patients with cancer.
4. To create conditions for the implementation of measures aimed at compulsory treatment of patients with tuberculosis.
5. To introduce the information system “Electronic health care of Pridnestrovie” in hospitals of state treatment and preventive institutions.

To develop cooperation with educational institutions of higher education and medical organizations of the Russian Federation in terms of implementing activities aimed at organizing and training (professional development, professional retraining) of healthcare workers, according to educational programs of additional professional education.
We have made great progress in 2023: more than 800 healthcare workers have received additional education and improved their skills in healthcare. It is very important. For special control: the question of his professional suitability should be raised if a healthcare worker does not undergo retraining within the prescribed time frame. Let me remind you: according to regulatory documents, heads of administrations are responsible for the tender, auction, for concluding contracts, for control, supervision and commissioning of any healthcare facility located on their territory. The Ministry of Health is the manager of the funds, i.e. it finances these works, and acts as the customer - experts advise where and what paint to paint, figuratively speaking.
