2. To carry out work to extract and move the existing bitumen-roofing felt waste on the territory of the Blizhny quarry in the village of Sukleya, Slobodzeya district.
3. To implement measures aimed at increasing the recreational potential of the State Forest Fund of the PMR.
4. To carry out systematic work to monitor compliance with environmental legislation by enterprises engaged in quarrying. We are talking about compliance of the work performed with licensing requirements. The civil service must clearly check the work performed by the enterprise. There is a licensing requirement for equipment, for the professional composition of this organization, for reclamation, etc. A period for correction and documents to the court for deprivation of the license in case of non-compliance.
5. To conduct inspections of the implementation of the current legislation of the PMR regarding the planting of two trees instead of one cut down. This applies to everyone.
