1. To ensure together with the Pridnestrovian State Institute of Arts named after A. G. Rubinshtein the development of teaching aids for cultural specialists.
2. To continue work on the international positioning of Pridnestrovie in the field of culture and art, including in an online format.
3. To continue work on updating the software and methodological support for the educational process of additional education organizations of artistic and aesthetic orientation in the PMR in terms of creating new educational programs.
4. To continue updating professional musical instruments, sound stage equipment of government institutions and groups.
5. To monitor the condition of museum objects and collections in museum institutions of Pridnestrovie in terms of their availability and compliance with the conditions of their preservation.
6. To provide legal norms and organizational conditions for measures to preserve archaeological monuments.
7. To ensure that state groups (such as the theater, Viorica, Liberty, circus, choir, symphony orchestra and others) tour the cities and regions of our republic. To ensure the active participation of groups in all kinds of festivals that are held on the territory of our state.
8. To execute the Capital Investment Fund in terms of capital repairs: buildings, “A” of the Pridnestrovian State Art Museum and student dormitory of the Pridnestrovian State Institute named after A. G. Rubinshtein (including design work).
9. To carry out systematic work on arranging the exhibition halls of the State Museum of History and Local Lore in the city of Tiraspol.
