2. To implement the most rational model for the disposal and processing of solid household waste in order to reduce waste disposed of in landfills. To carry out reclamation of closed landfills.
3. To take measures to improve tourism infrastructure, create a material and technical base for tourism, and form cultural and tourist zones. To revitalize entertainment and recreation enterprises, to develop mass cultural work on the basis of urban and rural houses of culture, including by holding concerts, festivals, and other public events that help attract tourists. We are talking about domestic tourism and the citizens of Pridnestrovie.
4. To take measures to intensify the activities of municipal unitary enterprises in terms of improving the quality of performance of their functions, for example, garbage removal and cleaning of territories, catering in the education system, etc.
To ensure the implementation of programs and projects, including:
a) for major repairs of housing stock, social and cultural facilities;
b) to carry out the orders of voters;
c) for the Road Fund and the Capital Investment Fund;
d) improvement and landscaping of the territories of settlements with the creation of recreational areas;
e) for the arrangement of parking areas and public transport stops;
f) according to programs of social significance.
5. To ensure the formation of school teams focused on participation in sports events in the 2023-2024 academic year among the CIS countries in the following sports: football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis, checkers, chess, tourism, swimming, athletics.
To control the “Leather Ball” tournament in terms of the participation of school educational institutions in this event.
6. I will specifically focus on the Capital Investment Fund. As I already said, objects are mostly transient. To conduct:
a) in Tiraspol and Dnestrovsk:
- 2nd stage of reconstruction of the Tiraspol city stadium;
- creation of the State Museum of History and Local Lore (as part of the Catherine Park);
- major repairs of municipal specialized (correctional) educational institution No. 2 in Tiraspol along the Truda lane, 2a;
- installation of memorial plaques to soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War at the Glory Memorial located in Tiraspol. We are talking about Tiraspol residents who died defending our Fatherland
- major renovation of the city stadium in Dnestrovsk.
b) in Bendery:
- major renovation (completion) of Oktyabrsky Park;
- improvement of: the territory of the Alexander Nevsky Fortress Park (additional work), the Bendery Military Glory Memorial;
c) in Slobodzeya and Slobodzeya district:
- construction of a sports complex (continued);
- major repairs: House of Culture in Frunze, House of Culture in Korotnoye, as well as the Slobodzeya child development centers “Luchik” and “Ivushka”;
- reconstruction (completion): of a summer cinema, as well as a monument to Soviet soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War, located in the village of Kitskany;
- arrangement of a children's playground on the territory of the Russian-Moldavian school in Ternovka.
d) in Grigoriopol and Grigoriopol district:
- reconstruction of: karting track, rowing base, administrative and economic complex of Grigoriopol secondary school No. 2;
- repairs (of different levels) of Memorials to Soviet soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War, located in the village of Thea, Speya, Shipka, Tokmazeya;
- paving with paving slabs along the perimeter of the burial of the grave of the full holder of the Order of Glory G.N. Daryeva in the village of Shipka (rural cemetery);
e) in Dubossary;
- continuation of the construction of the sports complex;
- major renovation of the Memorial to the Victims of Fascism and the Holocaust;
- landscaping of the territory, repair of monuments, illumination of the Mound of Glory;
e) in Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district:
- construction of a sports and assembly hall for boxing gyms of the Children and Youth Sports School in Rybnitsa;
- improvement of the river embankment Dniester on the street Valchenko;
- major renovation of the Memorial to those killed during the Great Patriotic War, located in the village. Flesh;
g) in the city of Kamenka:
- restoration of Wittgenstein Park (finished).
