Elena Bondarenko

She was born on the 24th of September 24, 1964 in Tiraspol. In 1981 she graduated from school. From 1981 to 1983 she studied at the Moldavian Cooperative Technical College in Chisinau, graduated with honors. In 1983 she entered the Faculty of Trade and Economics of the Chisinau State University named after Vladimir Lenin, graduated in 1987.

She began her career in 1987 at the Trade Administration of Tiraspol, where she worked more than 10 years.

In January 1998, she was enlisted to service in the internal affairs bodies of the PMR. She served as the leading specialist of the Economy and Finance Department of the Main Directorate of Material-Technical and Military Supply of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR, deputy head of the Economy and Finance Department ILCO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR, the lead auditor of the control and auditing department. In May 2002 she was appointed the head of the control and auditing department of the Ministry of the Interior of the PMR.

In January 2007, by the Decree of the PMR President she was appointed Deputy Minister of the PMR Interior for Finance and Logistics. Special title -  militia colonel.

During the service, she was awarded the medal "For Distinction in Labor", the medal "For Perfect Service", the badges "Excellence in Militia" and "For Excellent Service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs", the Order of Honor and other government awards.

From June 2012 to August 2015, she served in the State Penitentiary Service of the PMR Ministry of Justice as the head of the State Department for the Execution of Sentences of the PMR Ministry of Justice and deputy head of the State Department for the Execution of Sentences of the PMR Ministry of Justice in economics and finance.

From December 2015 to December 2016 she worked at Eximbank OJSC in Bendery.

Since December 2016, by the Decree of the PMR President she was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office in charge of finances.
